• Bot Usage and Purpose

The Bot is provided as a free service to deliver real-time updates on the overall status of CFX. The Bot will display a persistent embedded message in a designated channel of your Discord server.

• Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Bot and all related materials, including but not limited to software, documentation, logos, and designs, are the sole property of C- Devs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership rights or claims over the Bot or its associated materials.

• User Conduct

You are responsible for any actions you take while using the Bot, including any messages or content you post in connection with the Bot. You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful, unauthorized, or malicious purposes that may disrupt the normal operation of the Bot or harm other users.

• Limitation of Liability

In no event shall C - Devs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Bot. You agree to indemnify and hold C - Devs harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot.

By using the cfx_status Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Bot.
